Dermal fillers are an important tool to improve non dynamic lines. They can be used to plump just about any depression in the skin, large or small or reshape areas. They are safe and versatile. We don’t like our treatments to be painful so we always recommend anaesthetic cream or ice to help. We also employ blunt “magic needles” where possible to reduce any bruising or discomfort.
